Assist sales associates in providing excellent customer service; setting an example for others to follow.
Train sales associates in sales technique, product knowledge, and department and store policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with sales associates, store management, and the merchandising staff.
Complete department schedules and monitor department staffing levels, making changes when needed.
