A Cosmetics Counter Manager monitors and develops the counter's level of customer service.

Areas of Responsibility

Primary job responsibilities of a Cosmetics Counter Manager include the following:

• Train beauty advisors on application techniques, sales techniques, and product demonstration.
• Record sales and inventory as specified by the cosmetic vendors.
• Plan and coordinate events to increase business including gift with purchase events.
