Drive top line sales results and grow the business through action and productivity. Take initiative to understand the bra business and offer suggestions on how the store can drive bra growth. Assist in training of new sales associates and serve as a shadow partner. Reinforce store strategy to reduce shrink.
Education / Experience Requirements
