Selling Department Manager
A Selling Department Manger develops a department's sales growth by monitoring and improving the department's level of customer service and visual presentation. Primary job responsibilities of a Selling Department Manager include the following:
Assist sales associates in providing excellent customer service; setting an example for others to follow.
Train sales associates in sales technique, product knowledge, and department and store policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with sales associates, store management, and the merchandising staff.
Complete department schedules and monitor department staffing levels, making changes when needed.
