A keyholder is responsible for giving exceptional customer service and assisting the team lead with tasks, responsibilities and sales goals. A key holder can operate the store while the team lead is away. 

Areas of Responsibility

Style customers, complete cleaning tasks, unbox inventory, knowledge of product, run register, direct stylists, complete morning and night reports.

Education / Experience Requirements

Retail, customer service and cash handling.
