The ideal candidate flawlessly executes brand and operational standards and produces competitive sales metrics and performance.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Previous retail leadership experience

  • Experience in selling specialty or lifestyle consumer goods is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrates strong recruiting, interviewing, and staffing skills

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Superior customer service skills

  • A passionate and motivating personality

  • Business mindset

  • Ability to make decisions based on the store and company’s needs

  • Responsibilities of a Jake's Toggery Assistant Store Manager

  • Ensure all team members are well informed about the brands and culture

  • Drives sales through motivation and coaching

  • Manage and analyze all store reporting

  • Monitors and completes all operational tasks

  • Maintain a continuous update on all visual merchandising standards in accordance to company schedule and guidelines

  • Plan and prioritize daily responsibilities, tasks and staffing according to traffic flow and planning tools
