A Cosmetics Counter Manager monitors and develops the counter's level of customer service. 

Areas of Responsibility

Primary job responsibilities of a Cosmetics Counter Manager include the following:

Train beauty advisors on application techniques, sales techniques, and product demonstration.

Record sales and inventory as specified by the cosmetic vendors.

Plan and coordinate events to increase business including gift with purchase events.
