This position contributes to store productivity and profitability through proper organization of stock and the backroom to ultimately enhance customer service capabilities, therefore maximizing sales and minimizing stress on the sales floor. Areas of Responsibility
Receive stock shipments and process efficiently. Assist with merchandise prep for sales floor replenishment. Ensure backroom is organized and tidy and effectively communicate to management any concerns. Understand adhere to and reinforce brand standards.. Ensure visual displays are maintained to standard. Reinforce safe workplace environment. Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, customer service, associate engagement and shrink. Process customer transactions effectively to create lasting customer impressions.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Meets availability criteria for evenings, nights and weekends and extended hours
- Able to work in a team
- Ability to stretch bend and lift moderate weight, handle heavy merchandise and climb ladders
